Accessing SmartVault

Our firm uses a secure, online portal called SmartVault.  This portal is used to store electronic documents including your tax returns.  You can also upload relevant documents that we use to prepare your tax return(s).

To access SmartVault, please click here.

NEW USER LOGIN
1. To get set up (if not already registered), send an email to hrolla@dspccpa.com requesting an invite to log in to SmartVault. Please include your name and email address. Your email address will become your username.
2. If you have multiple businesses or if we prepare multiple tax returns for you, please indicate which tax entities you would like to access.
3. You will receive an invite in your email to create a password. Follow the directions in the email.
4. A 2-factor authentication is setup for security purposes, so a second email will be sent to you with a 6 digit pin number after submitting your password. Enter the pin number and you will then be logged in to access your tax returns. To get the pin on your cell phone see the instructions below.
